The House

From a central hallway, on the left there is a sitting room with TV and open fire. This south facing room is very sunny and overlooks the garden with views of the ancient church. Off the hallway, on the right, is bedroom 3, a large twin bedded, bedroom with a sunny aspect onto the garden. On the opposite side of the hall is a bathroom equipped with a shower, basin and loo. Next to this is the family bathroom with bath, basin and loo. At the end of the hall are two further bedrooms, 1. the main double room with it's own en-suite shower room with shower, basin and loo. Next to this, is bedroom 2. with twin singles.

Bedroom 4. which is upstairs, is a large room with a single bed and sofa. The whole house is exceptionally light and sunny and is very comfortable and spacious.

The kitchen sits behind the sitting room and is fully equipped for those who wish to cook. There is a 2 oven cooker, a microwave, a tall fridge/freezer, a washing machine and separate dryer and also a washing up machine. The Kitchen table is positioned by the window. Other items include a radio, a cafetiere and hand beaters for that cake you might need to make! Adequate tea towels and cleaning equipment will be provided.

Through the kitchen there is a back door to the sunny conservatory which overlooks the garden. This can be used as a dining room or an extra sitting/playroom/garden room. There is a dining table as well as conservatory sofa and armchair. There is a door into the garden.

The house has full central heating with all rooms having radiators - no more first night chilly beds!
